Pastor Lloyd Pulley has faithfully led Calvary Chapel Old Bridge in central New Jersey since 1984. With a deep commitment to expositional Bible teaching, his transparent, verse-by-verse preaching helps believers see how the truths of Scripture intersect with the realities of everyday life. His passion is to make the Bible accessible and applicable to anyone seeking to grow in their walk with Christ. In recognition of his dedication to biblical ministry, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from Calvary Chapel University.

He is the author of several books, including Under His Influence: Yielding to the Work of the Holy Spirit, Everyday Conversations: Eternal Impact, and the Be Still 30-Day Devotional. Pastor Lloyd is widely known through Bridging the Gap, his daily radio ministry that encourages listeners to trust in God’s Word and apply it boldly. He also co-hosts Bridge Bible Talk, Bridge Christian Radio’s first-ever live call-in program answering questions on faith, theology, and the Christian life.

Through these ministries, Pastor Lloyd’s vision is clear: to equip believers, challenge seekers, and witness the transformative power of God’s Word. He and his wife Karen are proud parents of two children (one with the Lord) and grandparents to five wonderful grandchildren.
